Public bug reported:

I tried installing a program from the Software Center and ever since
it's been giving this error.. This is the second time I had problems
installing this package. Before I had to uninstall the program I was
trying to install via the Software Center to resolve the problem. But I
would really like to be able to install software without the worry of a
package not installing and it's cause problems nonstop. Thanks in
advance.
