[Bug 1266041] [NEW] Toolbar icon not shown under KDE

Under KDE, DevHelp doesn't show Back, Forward buttons in the toolbar.

This seems not to be GTK3's fault, because others GTK3 like Synaptics,
Modem Manager GUI still show icons.
