[Bug 1266014] [NEW] Remove libotr2 source and binary package from the archive

Public bug reported:

Please remove the libotr2 source and binary package from the archive.
I think it's unwise to continue having it in the archive since upstream doesn't maintain version 3 of the library anymore 
There are no reverse-dependencies left as all of them have transitioned to libotr 4 (soname libotr5).
