The issue was the updated qtchooser which didn't have the Conflicts
reduced to the Qt4 versions available to precise users.

It's now fixed, and the mentioned apt-get install command succeeds again
with the exception that 'python3-requests' package is not actually in
12.04 (only 12.10 ->).
