[Bug 1276140] [NEW] please remove kvkbd binary and source from archive

Public bug reported:

kvkbd is not being developed anymore and has some bugs that are not
going to be fixed. meanwhile more integrated virtual keyboards have
appeared as plasma widgets, so there is not much we gain from having it
in the archive.

please remove binary and source from the archive.
