[Bug 1375786] Re: .desktop files can not start apps with kdesu

Already being discussed upstream on KDE Frameworks Devel, there are
going to be focus stealing issues as mentioned on [1] if we use pkexec
everywhere. So this needs to be solved in pkexec first before moving
forward.
