[Bug 1357755] [NEW] "now playing" widget in kde not 100% compatible with "vlc"

When a "now playing" widget added to desktop or panel, it works fine
with any player but "vlc", problem is, when you pause the media, the
"paly button" becomes unavailable in "now playing", sometimes not
always.
