Hello all!

I have a persistent problem with changing themes. When I change them
through the appearance section of system-settings, the themes do not
change (neither GTK3, metacity, and/or icon theme).

3) I expected the themes to change.

4) Instead, the old theme remains. Even a log-out and a login still retains old themes.
