[Bug 1353988] [NEW] Taglib causes crash

Public bug reported:

TagLib 1.9.1 has known bug: https://github.com/taglib/taglib/issues/308
Sometime it causes programs(clementine, amarok, qmmp and other with
taglib usage) crash while reading  tags.

Please, apply attached patch, or update taglib from git. Unfortunately,
upstream is not released yet.
