also, bug trackers....  Ive discovered a memory leak but I do not think
it is related to this error and am unsure where to file a bug report for
it.  Here is the error:

~$ sudo grep -R proxy /etc/apt/*
[sudo] password for [User]: 
no talloc stackframe at ../source3/param/loadparm.c:4864, leaking memory
