It also happened to me. Don't worry since it can be resolved by removing
appmenu-qt and appmenu-qt5. Those packages (appmenu-qt and appmenu-qt5)
won't be needed since you are using Gnome 3.

I attached a screenshot of the result after appmenu-qt and appmenu-qt5
got removed.
