Odd issue.

>From Kubuntu 13.10 when I use certain GTK3 applications with the oxygen-
gtk3 theme the mouse wheel does not work.

i.e - in Evolution when I create a new email the mouse wheel is broken.

If I choose ANY other gtk3 theme the issue is not there.

The mouse wheel to work in all gtk3 apps..

The mouse wheel doesn;t work unless I change the gtk3 theme - all other
themes look bad in kde though.
