[Bug 1245216] [NEW] Kubuntu-default-settings makes the Grub lose the translations

Public bug reported:

The modifications that the package kubuntu-default-settings does to the
Grub make it lose the translations. In my case, I can see the Grub in
Spanish if I uninstall kubuntu-default-settings, but with that package
installed I only can see it in English.
