[Bug 1241842] [NEW] scanning with dvb s/s2 card broken

Kaffeine uses DVBv3 api for DVB-S and DVBv5 api for DVB-S2

There are some problems with this since the switch back to S from S2 does not always work correctly
(see https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/plain/drivers/media/dvb-core/dvb_frontend.c)

even though there is a specific fix for kaffeine, I have the problem
described with a HVR4000 card

I think the best thing is switch to DVBv5 api calls at least for DVB-S

I attached a patch which works for me, but of corse some regression
testing is needed
