[Bug 1235633] [NEW] kde battery applet shows 0% on full charged battery with Dell Latitude 5530: kubuntu 13.10

Public bug reported:

I upgraded my Kubuntu 13.04 to 13.10 beta2 in my Dell Latitude 5530 laptop.
Before the update the kde battery applet showed the correct battery charge status, while after the update the applet always gives 0% charge status even with a full charged battery.
