[Bug 1235016] [NEW] Auto display dimming shows brightness meter popup

Since I upgraded to the beta, when my display auto dims due to
inactivity, the pop-up brightness meter displays as if i was dimming it
manually with the keypress. It should only do this if I'm actually
pressing the key.
