[Bug 1253528] [NEW] Desktop slideshow settings are forgotten (Desktop Settings, Slideshow)

Public bug reported:

Plasma forgets settings made in the settings dialog with the title
"Desktop Settings - Plasma Desktop Shell", accessed by right clicking on
the KDE desktop background and choosing "Default Desktop Settings".

In the View category, the Layout is set to "Default Desktop" and Wallpaper to "Slideshow". The settings I make in the Images section are applied (different wallpaper is shown), when clicking "Apply", but immediately forgotten and reverted when clicking OK (one of the system standard wallpapers is shown).
The selections affected are "System wallpapers", "My downloaded wallpapers" and "Custom folders".
Other settings, like "Change images every" setting seem to work properly.

The same applies for Layout "Grouping Desktop", "Search and Launch", and
probably all other layouts.
