[Bug 1183829] Re: Phonon Musepack playback is broken

The attached 123.mpc file is spoken text "1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 ten eleven
twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen sixteen seventeen eighteen nineteen
twenty".  When played I only hear "4 5 6 7" clearly.  I think i hear
"fifteen" as well..but it misses most everything else.
