[Bug 1181120] [NEW] Muon update manager uses the Windows "up to date" icon

Public bug reported:
When all software is up to date, Muon update manager shows a "green
shield with white check mark" icon that looks exactly like the icon that
Windows uses (see the attached image).
I think changing the icon to something else is a good idea.
