[Bug 1181083] [NEW] "delete" mini-button in text boxes covers right-to-left text

Public bug reported:

When entering right-to-left text (such as Arabic) into a textbook in any
KDE application, the "delete" mini-button covers the text. See the
attached snapshot for one example. This happens in all KDE applications
I tried.
