Now I found an every time reproducible crash on one of my Kubuntu 13.04
64bit PCs with KDE 10.2:

Opening (clicking) this Desktop-File on Workspace due to an crash off
plasma-desktop:

[Desktop Entry]
Icon=text-html
Type=Link
URL[$e]=http://www.dwd.de/wundk/radar/Radarfilm_WEB_DL.gif
X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain=desktop_kdebase

Note, the notification appears first after the automatic restart off
plasma-desktop.
