After upgrading to Kubuntu 13.04 with KDE 4.10.2 plasma-desktop crash
randomly on all my Kubuntu PC's. Sometimes on one of the three Kubuntu
PC plasma-desktop crashes before the upgrade too. But now plasma-desktop
crashes more often and on one PC sometimes permanently.

It is not all times a reproducible action before the crash. 
But often  either I was before the crash with the Mouse in the lower right corner in the control panel, or often I had click before the crash in the lower right corner in the control panel "show hidden symbols". Or often after a pop up appears and ask for some input (e.g. password).
