[Bug 1176397] [NEW] Kde session screenlocker does not require password to unlock

Public bug reported:

When i am away from my computer and come back after a while the
screen/session is "locked" and it shows me the field to enter my
password. However i only need to move my mouse and iam in the desktop.

My expectation is that i would have to enter my password to unlock the
screen.
