Since the migration in 13.04 raring, no more htmlexport in kipi-plugins
package. File /usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_htmlexport.so is provided in
Quantal : http://packages.ubuntu.com/en/quantal/amd64/kipi-
plugins/filelist but in Raring :
http://packages.ubuntu.com/en/raring/amd64/kipi-plugins/filelist
