[Bug 1176149] [NEW] battery monitor does not detect battery after wake

Public bug reported:

This only happens after i wake from sleep. 
Restarting plasma-desktop brings the battery monitor  back

Alhough the battery monitor 
acpi -V shows my battery details just fine, umonitor also shows detection of power, and battery to work just fine. 
So I'm fairly certain this is merely a frontend issue.
