[Bug 1173349] Re: plasma-desktop crashes repeatedly

It's been almost 2 hours and no crashing since disabling
"Notifications".  If it's not the "Notifications" widget embedded in the
"System Tray" widget, then it appears that it has something to do with
how plasma-desktop handles that widget.
