For me the latest today (skype_4.1.0.20.0-0ubuntu0.13.04.2_amd64.deb) DIDN'T work!
For me downgrading libqtwebkit4, using comment #101 packages links DIDN'T work either!

I'm on 13.04 (but with gnome3-team and ricotz PPAs).
