[Bug 1142213] Re: emacs23/24 GUI does not start when run in Kubuntu 13.04 with oxygen-gtk theme enabled

If someone could offer a suggestion on how to approach looking into
this, I'll try to help in anyway that I can. I don't know squat about
theming or GTK theme engines, but this affects me and I'd like to get it
resolved. Pitching in is one way to help make that happen, so here I am.
