[Bug 1160326] [NEW] Nepomuk keeps indexing same files

Public bug reported:
I noticed that nepomuk had been running for too long in KDE 10 (compared
to "KDE 9" era). When I examined the details "Configure File indexing ->
Nepomuk Semantic Desktop -> Details..." I saw that it kept indexing same
few files over and over (pdfs, gifs, jpgs, etc - no special types in
particular). It's been going on for a few weeks now, taking all of the
CPU when the PC is "idle" (which is fine, so it's not that "100% CPU"
issue). I tried removing a few files (that I could read the names of)
from that loop, but either it was one of the remaining files causing
that or something else - the problem still persists.
