[Bug 1145644] [NEW] The qtwebkit library is very old

Public bug reported:

The libqtwebkit4 library that e.g. libkdewebkit5 uses is old and has
several bugs. Most recently I noticed that the upcoming ownCloud 5
wouldn't work at all with rekonq and konqueror/webkit because it doesn't
understand modern Content-Security-Protection headers. Neither did the
*old* versions of Safari, so we had to change the SCP headers to old,
non-standards compliant headers.
