[Bug 1195723] [NEW] 13.10 Alpha-1 Plasma Netbook Interface has no favorites

Public bug reported:

Usually Rekonq, Install Kubuntu, Dolphin, and one other app are default
favorites above the KRunner Search box on the Plasma Netbook Interface.
They seem gone when I run from a live USB.
