[Bug 1193631] [NEW] Konqueror is the default file manager

Public bug reported:

Since the upgrade to 4.10.4, the default file manager is Konqueror
instead of Dolphin. It is also the top in the list in Systemsettings->
Default Applications.

Once the default set to Dolphin, the list order changes with Dolphin on
top when one reopens the systemsettings -> Default Applications
