is this solved? nepomukservicestub keeps crashing. i click on install debug symbols but the backtrace is still not useful. I have installed manually 
kdelibs5-dbg kde-runtime-dbg kde-workspace-dbg kde-baseapps-dbg kdepim-dbg  kdepim-runtime-dbg kdepimlibs-dbg  libsoprano-dbg kdebase-runtime-dbg
According to http://packages.ubuntu.com, kdebase-runtime-dbg provides nothing:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/raring/all/kdebase-runtime-dbg/filelist
