[Bug 1190685] [NEW] ktouchpadenabler failed to work on ASUS A53S laptop

OS: Ubuntu 12.04LTS

Fn+F9 is the key to toggle touchpad in ASUS A535, according to xev keyboard send TOGGLE key but not ON or OFF.
This combination key worked properly in Unity and GNOME, but failed to work in KDE
