Public bug reported:
In 2 nights I reach fs.file-max and have to reboot.
In 1 night I have:
sguarin at main2:~/tmp/leak$ cat /proc/sys/fs/file-nr
180480 0 365149
but
sguarin at main2:~/tmp/leak$ lsof | wc -l
20582
I close every application, and the file descriptors still used. When I logout kde without reboot, the fds allocated were freed.
Any ideas where to look? The next test I think I can do its killing one by one the proceses and check the fd counter.
