[Bug 1206012] [NEW] Kubuntu-Active top menu pull down crash

Description:    Ubuntu 13.04
Release:        13.04

Please see below link.  When pulling the menu down kwin crashes.  Worked
out with KDE team.

In short, kwinactive is missing (or needs to be renamed?)  running ln -s
/usr/share/kde4/apps/kwin /usr/share/kde4/apps/kwinactive prevents
crash.
