[Bug 1204451] [NEW] Please add Amarok 2.7.1 to Backports PPA for 13.04

Please add Amarok 2.7.1 to Kubuntu's backport ppa to get it in 13.04.
This way the user only needs the kubuntu-backports-ppa and not additionally the kubuntu-ppa, which will avoid a lot of updates due to bugfix release of KDE in the kubuntu-ppa and later official backport releases.
