[Bug 1099508] [NEW] missing FindHUpnp.cmake file

Public bug reported:

Upstream has the file at cmake/modules/FindHUpnp.cmake, but it seems
like that file is not getting installed with kdelibs5-dev because it is
missing from debian/kdelibs5-dev.install .

The file is needed to compile, for example, kio-upnp-ms, which is not
yet available in Ubuntu (but OTOH still fails to compile after copying
the FindHUpnp.cmake file manually).

Using Ubuntu 12.10 (but this appears to be broken in the Raring bzr
branch as well), kdelibs5-dev 4:4.9.4-0ubuntu0.3.
