Whenever user fetch more files using plain konqueror, kickers's taskbar
groups (if such open is enabled) download windows, but then it changes
the group name to "kio_uiserver" which is confusing. Dunno where it
shall be fixed (konq or kicker) but it definitely shall be modified to
have at least "Downloads" label visible
