[Bug 1258422] [NEW] Maximized windows go under panel if panel attached to screen edge between two monitors

Public bug reported:

Maximized windows go under KDE Plasma panel (even if panel is configured
as "Always visible") if such panel is attached to edge of screen that
acts as border between multiple monitors

(i.e. right side of first screen or left side of second screen if
monitors are arranged horisontally).

See also: bug 317145 (old problem when all panels was affected, not only
panels on screen boundaries)
