systemsettings (4.11.00) on KDE Platform 4.11.00 using Qt 4.8.2

After an upgrade to KDE 4.11 from a PPA repository (I'm running Ubuntu
12.04.3, LTS), touchpad settings are just crashing.

It was working accordingly before upgrade.

I removed and reinstalled related package, but issue remains.
