I have checked how QtC validates the QML Extension project and module
names. The validator regular expression
'^[A-Za-z0-9]+([A-Za-z0-9-]*[A-Za-z0-9]+)?(\.[A-Za-z0-9]+([-A-Za-z0-9]*[A-Za-z0-9]+)?)*$'
specifically allows the "-" character in the module names.
