Public bug reported:

Since I have updated to KDE 4.11 for Kubuntu 12.04 LTS KWallet does not
open anymore despite correct password.

In Konsole i get these warnings (not sure there is a connection to the problem though)
user at computer:~$ kwalletmanager
QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
Connecting to deprecated signal QDBusConnectionInterface::serviceOwnerChanged(QString,QString,QString)
user at computer:~$

Workaround (for current session only):
Go to System Settings > Account Details > KDE Wallet
disable KWallet, apply, re-enable KWallet
Has to be repeated after every login.
