Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream release
    - Refresh switch-to-multiarch.patch
  * Update symbols

Debian has already new upstream release and refreshed patch included.

Changelog entries since current saucy version 0.4.2-0ubuntu1:

attica (0.4.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Update patch switch-to-multiarch.patch to the new attica version.
  * Update copyright.
  * Update Homepage.
  * Update symbols file.
  * Mark libattica-dbg as Multi-Arch: same.
