The maintainer field is filled from the launchpad and bzr identity.

The /usr/share/qtcreator/ubuntu/scripts/qtc_bzr_info returns the values
the Ubuntu plugin for QtCreator  is using.

In short, the maintaier field's value comes from `bzr whoami` and `bzr
launchpad-login`

Please check what these commands and script returns.

The qtc_bzr_info script comes from the qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu-common
package and I use the 0.1-0ubuntu1~saucy1~test6 version from the
http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-sdk-team/ppa/ubuntu/
