[Bug 1214644] [NEW] libmessagecomposer4 should not depend on kmail

Public bug reported:

Currently (kdepim 4.11) the libmessagecomposer4 library depends on
kmail, which shouln't be a dependecy. Kmail has the (correct) dependency
on libmessagecomposer4.

This prevents kmail from beeing removed without breaking
libmessagecomposer4, which would break libmessagecomposer4, which would
break libkdepim4.
