[Bug 1213393] [NEW] Installing KDE 4.11 from ppa removed kwin-style-qtcurve

When installing KDE 4.11 from backports ppa, I noticed it removed kwin-
style-qtcurve. Trying to install kwin-style-qtcurve says that kwin-
window-manager will be removed.
