fixed by making the following link:

ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/mesa-egl/libwayland-egl.so.1 /usr/lib
/libwayland-egl.so.1

- in last update of 13.10 i can run kwin becouse libwayland-egl.so.1 not
+ in last update of 13.10 i can't run kwin because libwayland-egl.so.1 not
  found on system
