[Bug 1210868] [NEW] Translation credits not reported correctly

For Slovenian (sl) I have noticed that some programs/modules display incorrect translators. 
I have decompiled the .mo files from /usr/share/locale/sl/LC_MESSAGES/ with msgunfmt and the .po files show different translators than the programs. As an example I'm attaching the screenshot for kcmkwm.po which has these translators listed:

msgctxt "NAME OF TRANSLATORS"
msgid "Your names"
msgstr "Marko Samastur,Roman Maurer,Gregor Rakar,Jure Repinc,Andrej Mernik"

See attachment for actual result.

As you can see from the screenshot, none of the actual translators is
listed there. Please fix this for 4.11 release if possible. Thank you
