[Bug 1058466] [NEW] After upgrade from Precise to Quantal there is two GTK style configuration tools installed

Public bug reported:

After upgrade from Precise to Quantal there is two GTK style configuration tools installed at the same time: kde-config-gtk and kde-config-gtk-style. On fresh installation there is only kde-config-gtk-style.
As I understand kde-config-gtk should be removed while upgrade.
